FAQ

Where is the best place to park?

There are metered spots on 19th St, and on I St east of 19th. There is also free 2-hour parking on any street north of I Street! This parking is first come, first serve, and on Friday and Saturday nights it does tend to fill up, so we recommend arriving five minutes early to find a spot. The lot behind our building is for staff parking only.

Is it scary? Is it safe? Low lighting?

Our games may have some thrilling moments, but they are not inherently scary. They are also 100% safe: all of our rooms contain at least one exit that is available to you at all times, even if you're just feeling uncomfortable or need to use the restroom. If you're bringing friends and they don't know what they're getting themselves into, don't worry -- we'll do our best to put them at ease. Some of our games (particularly “Fortune’s Favor” and “The Séance”) have low lighting to help create an air of mystery; if this is an issue, please call a head and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Do you host private events?

Absolutely! We've hosted everything from 11-year-old birthdays to bachelor parties, and some of our favorite local companies come back every year for their annual team-building events. Private events are split into 3 tiers: 2-12 players (2 games), 13-19 players (3 games), and 20-28 players (4 games). Unfortunately, we do not have the space to offer catering or conference rooms. For pricing and to book, please visit our Private Events page, or simply contact us.

Can you accommodate young children? Disabilities?

Because of the challenge and duration, our games are recommended for players ages 8+… but it’s your game and you are welcome to bring children of any age in with you! (Kids love finding stuff!) Players aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and all minors (ages 8-17) must bring a waiver signed by a parent or guardian (or have one signed on-site). Because of the nature of the challenges, our escape rooms may not be appropriate for persons with limited mobility or sensory perception; for further information, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you if we can.
