Cancellation policy:

Regular Bookings:

• 1 week notice: Full refund -5% credit card fee.  

• 6 days-48 hours notice: Rescheduling(one time only, forfit any potentional refund) or refund minus $5/per ticket for cancellation. 

• 47 Hours and under: No refund or rescheduling allowed.

  Private Bookings (AKA Team Building):

• 14 days or more: Full booking credit or full refund minue 5% credit card fee.

• 7 days or more: Full booking credit. 

• Less than 7 days: No refund or rescheduling allowed.

*Please note: Once a game has been rescheduled, you forfeit any option of a refund or the ability to reschedule a 2nd time.
